Luxloomx readers know we were shook by the shocking season finale of NBC’s Found. The pulpy thriller starring Shameless alum Shanola Hampton as Gabi Mosely, a former kidnapping victim turned crisis manager, had us on the edge of our seats all season. If you haven’t already binged it, darling, head over to Peacock right now. For everyone else, let’s dive into what we know about season 2 of Found.
Sir is Running Free

The biggest bombshell from the season 1 finale? Gabi’s kidnapper, Hugh “Sir” Evans (played with a chilling intensity by Mark-Paul Gosselaar) escaped! And he didn’t leave empty-handed. Sir also took Lacey Quinn (Gabrielle Walsh), the same girl he had kidnapped alongside Gabi decades earlier. Talk about a toxic ex! “Sir’s endgame is Gabi, period,” Found creator Nkechi Okoro Carroll revealed at the Television Critics Association summer press tour.
Expect a Whole Lot of Drama
The team at Gabi’s crisis management firm, Mosely & Associates, is reeling after finding out about Gabi’s secret secret: keeping Sir captive in her basement. “Everyone at M&A is probably guilty of a little bit of hero worship of Gabi,” Okoro Carroll shared with TV Guide. Now, the team’s trust is shattered and Gabi has to repair those bonds while hunting down Sir.

Mark your calendars! Found returns to NBC on Thursday, October 3rd at 10/9c. Season 2 will be supersized with 22 episodes and will also be available to stream on Peacock.
New Faces Are Coming to Found
Found is adding some exciting new characters in season 2. Dionne Gipson joins the cast as someone close to Gabi, while Michael Cassidy will play a grief counselor with a mysterious connection to Gabi’s past. And in a casting move that has us truly intrigued, Station 19 alum Danielle Savre will appear in an undisclosed role.
The Stakes Have Never Been Higher
With Sir on the loose and Lacey’s life hanging in the balance, season 2 of Found promises to be even more intense than the first. “That just means they’re playing that cat-and-mouse power dynamic in a bigger playground,” Okoro Carroll teased about Gabi and Sir’s twisted relationship.
